Madonna Workout Routine

Madonna is one of the best singers ever born in the world. Madonna gets recognized for many things like her acting skills and pop music. However, if you see Madonna right now, she looks as if she is still in her 30’s. That’s quite an incredible thing about how Madonna can look so young and fit at 63 years of age. Well, if you also want to know the secret of her routine, then keep reading.

After searching for a while, I found an article from Glamour magazine. Glamour interviews Madonna’s trainer and asks about Madonna’s workouts and how she stays fit. So there are many things that Madonna does to stay fit and healthy. Madonna’s week fills different workouts like dance cardio, Pilates, aerobics, resistance training, interval training, yoga, circuit training, and conditioning. Yep, she does all of that by alternating each workout on different days of the week.

Madonna does 60-90 minutes of workout every day or at least six days a week. As most of her workouts are cardio-based, she stays lean and tones her body. Besides that, there were no particular insights on her workout, but don’t worry, as I think we can do a good routine with that. I will be giving you a six-day workout, but we will switch and mix it up with training for two hours instead of one, unlike Madonna.

Training Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday

We will start working out with Pilates workouts. As you may know, Pilates is one of the most adapted workouts by idols, singers, and models. So we will be adding an hour of Pilates three days a week like Madonna. It will help you get that slim waistline like Madonna and provide you with an incredible toned butt and arms. So make sure to join the Pilates studio.

Once you get done with the Pilates workout, we will be doing a full-body circuit routine. The routine will Involve resistance training, some ankle weights, and bodyweight training. We will be doing three circuits, and each circuit will get repeated three times. So let’s get started:

Yoga and Dance Cardio/Aerobics/conditioning

Training days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

We will start our workout with 30-40 minutes of yoga, stretching, and poses for the rest of the three days. Yoga will help you get an overall fit and toned body shape while burning fat and calories. So make sure to do yoga at the start, and then we will move to our next workout.

Now, Madonna’s trainer talked about how her dance routine is a mixture of aerobics and cardio workouts that also condition her body. So I would suggest you join a dance cardio class that can teach you and train you with the workout.
